Catering Services & Delivery

Delivery: We deliver and set up your hot packaged food in disposable aluminum pans, cold food in deli containers; at the end you simply dispose. A $50.00 delivery fee will be applied to all orders with a minimum $250.00 food order (not including tax). A 20% service charge will be added to the final invoice along with sales tax. Please let us know if we need to add disposable chafing sets with sternos, serving utensils, meal kits and plastic white or black tablecloths for an additional fee. We recommend the chafing sets to keep the food hot for several hours. A credit card payment in full is required to book this service. 
To Go Bulk Food Orders: Please call Milagro Caterings By Greta Inc. and we will process your bulk food order and payment. All you will have to do is pick up your ready-to-go order at Casa Milagro Restaurant. A 20% service charge and sales tax will be added to the order. A credit card payment in full is required to book this service. 
Full Service Catering: We will deliver, set up, service, and clean up. We use all disposable items unless otherwise specified and priced as a rental. We will need two 8' tables to set up the buffet. Rentals are available if you do not have them. All federal and local taxes which are applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered through Milagro Catering By Greta Inc. are in addition to the prices herein agreed upon. A 20% service charge and sales tax will be added to the final invoice. Event time is based on the 2 hour minimum with a 1 hour set up and 1 hour event breakdown. A $750.00 minimum food order (not including tax) is required for a full service event. A $30.00 per server per hour for the duration of the event will apply. 
Payment Terms and Conditions for Full Service Catering: A security deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price (the "deposit") shall be paid to Milagro Caterings By Greta Inc. upon signing of your agreement. Milagro Caterings by Greta Inc. shall retain the deposit in the event that the client cancels the event less than (5) days prior to the event. All catering events booked in the month of November and December require a (10) day advance cancellation notice. A final guarantee of number of guests attending the event is due (7) days prior to the event date. Full Payment of event based on final guarantee is due (7) days prior to the event date. 
Additional Services Offered based on Rental Pricing and Availability: Tables, chairs, linens, china, silver or glassware and flowers. 
*Please give us a 2 day notice for all deliveries during all months except for November and December. These two months we will need advance notice to put your special catering on our books.
